Terms of Service
Placeholder terms — to be reviewed and finalized before or shortly after launch. Your written project quote governs your specific engagement.
Scope and quotes
Every project begins with a written scope and flat quote that you approve before work starts. Work outside that scope is quoted separately.
Payment
Projects require a 50% deposit before design begins, with the remaining 50% due before the site goes live. Website Care is billed monthly after launch.
Website Care plan
Website Care includes hosting, SSL, backups and version protection, basic uptime monitoring, technical website maintenance, and up to 2 minor content edits per month. New pages, redesigns, new functionality, major content additions, and custom integrations are billed separately. The client owns their domain and pays the domain registrar directly; annual domain registration is not part of the plan. Care is month-to-month, with cancellation terms provided in writing.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate business information and for confirming you have the rights to any logos, photos or copy you supply.
Ownership
You own your domain name and your content. Ownership of the completed website transfers to you once the project is paid in full.
